Our Story

Eight Bar was born from the vision of two-Michelin starred chef Danny Grant. Located on the first floor of Maple & Ash, Eight Bar has been reimagined and was reintroduced in the summer of 2024. A staple of the Gold Coast neighborhood, Eight Bar features a refreshed look, exciting new menu items, late night offerings and happy hour specials.

Serving Maple & Ash’s signature over-the-top hospitality and unadulterated luxury in a more relaxed setting, our menu features luxe sushi bites, modern steakhouse favorites, plus innovative cocktails by the restaurant’s Tales of the Cocktail honored bar team and wine selections from the acclaimed wine team.
