Eight Bar was born from the vision of two-Michelin-starred Chef Danny Grant. Located on the first floor of Maple & Ash, Eight Bar has been reimagined and was reintroduced in the summer of 2024. A staple of Chicago’s Gold Coast and now making its mark in Miami, Eight Bar brings a refreshed look, exciting new menu items, late-night offerings, and can’t-miss happy hour specials.

Serving Maple & Ash’s signature over-the-top hospitality and unadulterated luxury in a more relaxed setting, our menu features luxe sushi bites, modern steakhouse favorites, and indulgent burgers—paired with innovative cocktails crafted by our Tales of the Cocktail-honored bar team and a wine list curated by our award-winning sommeliers.
